Burning-resistant conveyor belt


Heat-resistant conveyor belt is widely used in steel, cement, chemicals and other industries and mainly transports sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. Because of the high temperature materials, (e.g. some material temperature is in 400℃—800℃, and some special material temperature is above 1000 ℃) and different used environment, the cover coat and framework materials of normal heat-resistant conveyor belt can not bear the high temperature for long time. And the surface of conveyor belt is scalded, burned, declined a lot and foamed; the framework is burned and scalded. These are all effect the of conveyor belt.
In order to improve the life of conveyor belt under the conditions above mentioned, we have produced the series of high-temperature and burning-resistant conveyor belt in succession.
Structure and peculiarities of high-temperature and burning-resistant conveyor belt
main structure:
It is consisted of high-temperature and burning-resistant layer, transition layer, organic insulation layer, mightiness layer and heat-resistant layer.
peculiarities:

      • The microporous carbon layer produced by the cover coat under high temperature can be burning-resistant and hold back the heat delivered to belt. This carbon layer forms irregular cracks in the course of movement and cooled by the belt body.

        • Adopt the diameter structure of inorganic materials as the framework materials of burning-resistant conveyor belt. The application of this framework material solves the problem that high temperature carbonization of cotton canvas and shrinkage deformation of nylon and polyester canvas. It also has the advantages of small loss of strength under high temperature and no shrinkage deformation.
          • Unique design of coating ensures the adhesive strength between rubber and framework materials is much higher than the ordinary heat-resistant belt, and the adhesive strength ≥3N/mm in the high temperature occasion.
            • Endurable material temperature 200—600℃, 800℃ instantaneously.
