DJ corrugated sidewall conveyor belt not only has the general belt conveyor’s advantages such as simple structure, reliable operation, easy maintenace, but also has the advantages of large obliquity transportation, tight structure and less land occupation. Recent years, it is used widely because of the large upgrading height and capacity of transportation.
Sidewall conveyor belt is consists of basebond, sidewall belt and clapboard. The appearance of basebond is looks like general conveyor belt, but it has greater lateral rigidity. The sidewall belt is corrugated divided into T, C and TC type. T is suitable for the obliquityβ≤40°. C is suitable for the obliquityβ＞40°and the occasion with better material fluidity. TC is suitable for the obliquityβ＞40°and the occasion with the higher viscosity.
