Screw conveyor has the advantages of simple structure, low production costs, strong tightness, safe and convenient operation, and multi-point feeding and discharging materials. It is widely used in chemical, building materials, metallurgy, foodstuff and other departments. On the condition of obliquity β<20°, the sctew conveyor transmits the less viscous, non-perishable and diffcult to agglomerated powder, granular and small pieces of materials.
Because of the different applications and occasions, screw conveyor can be divided into some modified products, such as LC, LS-Y vertical transmission, blast furnace, XP speicalized for melting lime, single-spiral and double-spiral feeder.
